But, after I install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86), the missing msvcp100.dll still occured. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package X32 is it c++ pack the problem????

This can for instance be the case if you do not have a particular version of the Microsoft .Net Framework or a Visual C++ Runtime installed. But the downloaded vcredist_86.exe doesn't seem to do much. Is UAC enabled?
