Could try setting the Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319_X86 service from automatic to manual to stop logging of this error on boot-up. Check the properties of this file and check the version.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Please Help. Did someone solve this issue ? I have installed that and the service is now running with Automatic setting, where before it was stopped with Manual and would not stay started.
