I just launched the script you provided about 5 minutes ago and I don't see a change. Even with this script once I installed a software the utilized .net I haven't been able to use my laptop for 2 hours so far. Requires unlearning OO and then learning to use composition instead of inheritance. I ran the provided script and it did a bunch of stuff and then just stopped, I had to manually exit it.

Its not annoying or now and then thing, it runs only in two cases: when .Net framework is installed and when windows update for .Net framework are pushed on your system. I probably will not repeat the whole story and violate Web DRY rules.
