You may already be doing this, but you do not indicate this. That was the source of this issue. As I understand it, it is your system reporting to LO/OO that it is defective. The developpers should find the problem, that open office has on 64bit OS with java 1.7 so that only the newest java can be used on PC systems.
Summary: JRE 7 & Openoffice requires a JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT to perform this task. ... However, as open office does not work with java 1.7 on 64bit OS is a foolish, because the older java versions have security leaks and malware could harm the system.
